People have said I'm "tone-deaf", am I hopeless? Are voice lessos for me?

AHHHHHHHH! Allison Rozsa Evans HATES it when people feel they can’t sing. Here’s the deal...If you can talk, you can sing. How long should I take lessons?

Youth (1st-12th Grade): It is important to understand that long-lasting vocal changes do not happen overnight and that continuous work, as well as having fun, is required to see those developments. In order to reach the highest goals possible, Ms Evans is accepting students and their parents who see the value of combining fun, joy, long-term goal oriented mindset, and an “I won’t give up when things gets tough” attitude. Students and their parents/guardian enroll for a minimum one school year commitment (or equivalent if starting mid school year or summer).

Adult: It is important to understand that long-lasting vocal changes do not happen overnight and that continuous work, as well as having fun, is required to see those developments. Students of College age or older enroll by semester (split into Spring, Summer, & Fall) unless choosing the Busy Adult Package or The Protege Program.

What all happens during the enrollment period?

Along with helping each student reach their personal or professional goals, each semester includes a studio class and a fully-realized concert during the fall and spring with their fellow singers. This includes individual solos, duets/trios, and large group numbers. Students and parents have so much fun with these concerts and develop new skills, including newbies singing in public for the first time, learning to work with fellow singers, choreographing dance numbers, creating costumes, performing audition material, working with live musicians, and more. It’s a chance for everyone to share what they’ve been working so hard to accomplish, and to have a helluva time doing it.
